Sorry for being gone for so long, had some family losses.

news says today that the economy is improving. Do you see it??

We see a lot of people in the retail stores-not sure if they are buying.

There is still a lot of invintory of homes, more owner sales, but unable to compete with the banks prices. these are a good deal if you know home structure and pit falls. If you are not constructionally inclined-beware.

How are the banks doing now? Lending?? the answer is still yes and no.
