We are already into Fall. Time does fly. Except if you are waiting to hear back from your bank on a modification. But patience has it's rewards. I have heard of terrific modifications, and nightmares, but more of the good. It will appear to be a completly foggy experience, without logic. Well, logic as we see it. There will be delays, requests for obscure information, duplicate information requests, and silence. The banks want you to respond from their requests immediately, but let you wait until ??? Keep your spirits up, this is a once in a lifetime oppertunity, and stay with it. It will be exciting to see what happens.
